Broiler Chicken Processing - Near Chattanooga

We are processing broiler chickens on our farm on Oct 22 and 23. I’d like to open it up to TWO FVCTN members who want to see the process/get their hands dirty and help. I wish we could have more over but we end up stepping on each other.

 What: 55 Chickens
 When:
Day 1: 22 Oct 0730-1400ish - Processing
Day 2: 23 Oct 0900-1300ish - Cut ups and packaging
Where: Birchwood TN (20 mins north of Chattanooga)
Dress: Boots for sure - rest depends on weather
