Save the Date: Pick TN Conference and FVCTN Annual Stakeholder’s Meeting

  • 15 Jan 2026
  • 17 Jan 2026
  • Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon TN

The Farmer Veteran Coalition of Tennessee would like to invite our members to attend the Pick TN Conference in Lebanon, TN.  The conference is January 15th to 17th, 2026.  Please see the details at the bottom of this message.

We will be holding our chapter's Annual Stakeholders meeting on Saturday of the Conference January 17th. The chapter will be sponsoring several workshops on Thursday and Friday, but we encourage participants to review the entire schedule and attend the sessions that are most useful to their farm and their interests. We also know that many of you that will not be able to (or do not have the need to) attend the entire conference. So for those, we recommend that you just attend the FVC TN annual meeting on Saturday. We have worked with the conference organizers to make the registration process for both events more streamlined.

  • You can register for the entire conference - $150 until Dec. 15th and then $175 after that date and add the Annual Meeting for free. This will include access to all 140 sessions, opportunities to network, several meals, and a conference mixer on Thursday night, and snacks.

OR

  • You can register for ONLY the Annual Meeting on Saturday - $20. This will include door prizes, networking with other farmers and veterans, and a luncheon.

This year's conference is being held at the Farm Bureau Convention Center on the Wilson County Fairgrounds in Lebanon, TN.  There is not a specific hotel associated with the conference so you can stay wherever you would like if you have a preference in brands or amenities.  FVCTN has negotiated a special rate for our members with the Comfort Inn & Suites.  The room rates start at $64.95/night plus taxes.

The chapter will be offering a limited number of reimbursement stipends for attendees as we have done in the past.  The details of the application process will be announced soon, but, if accepted, the stipend will reimburse each veteran farming family up to $500 to cover the cost of registration and lodging for the conference.  In addition, AgVOLS has a reimbursement program for ag training that pays up to $150 and graduates of TSU’s New Farmer Academy may also qualify for a reimbursement program.
